Despite deploying qualified professionals, Kurtz Investigations Erfurt and Thuringia strives to maintain fair fees so that engaging detectives, although unfortunately not affordable for everyone, remains accessible to a broad section of the population. In setting our fees, we voluntarily follow the Code of Ethics of the Federation of International Detectives without any membership obligation, positioning ourselves at the lower end of the recommended price range.

No Hidden Additional Costs – Fair Billing

No flat-rate expenses – billing only for actual and necessary work.

 

No postage or telephone costs – these are included in the hourly rate and not charged separately.

 

No charges for standard detective equipment – this is also included in the hourly rate. Only special equipment, if required, will be invoiced separately. Naturally, the detectives of Kurtz Investigations Erfurt and Thuringia will discuss the use of such equipment with you beforehand.

 

No extra charges for weekend or night assignments – a fixed hourly rate applies seven days a week, around the clock (except Christmas and New Year’s Eve).

Kurtz Investigations works with a reputable financing partner who offers our clients and prospects the possibility of advancing investigation costs subject to creditworthiness assessment. This allows you to pay our invoice and subsequently settle the amount in convenient instalments with the lender.
